2017-18 (Junior)
• Finished the season posting a singles record of 8-5 including a 4-2 mark from the No. 6 singles spot
• As a junior,Tubert found success including a run winning 8 of 9 singles matches spanning from late October to May the following year
• Tubert posted a stellar doubles record of 32-5 during the 2017-18 campaign including a record of 28-5 alongside Matt Mendez
• Tubert and Mendez were Ohio State’s most prolific tandem going 8-0 in conference play in addition to a 1-1 record vs nationally ranked opponents including a victory over Yuya Ito and Harrison Scott of No. 13 Texas
• The duo earned NCAA All-Tournament Team honors after leading the Buckeyes to the championship match
2016-17 (Sophomore)
• Had a great doubles season, finishing the year at 26-9
• Rolled through the Big Ten Doubles draw, winning all four matches with partner Matt Mendez
• Opened the spring portion of the doubles season by winning seven-straight matches
• Won both his doubles matches in two team victories over Oklahoma, first at the ITA Indoors and then at home in early March
• Began playing primarily with JJ Wolf midway through the Big Ten season and went on a run of seven wins in a nine-match span with just one loss
• Defeated Collin Altamirano and J.C. Aragone of Virginia in the team’s NCAA semifinal match to help secure the doubles point for the Buckeyes
• Went 3-2 in his singles matches in the fall tournaments
• Split his two singles matches during the team portion in the spring
2015-16 (Freshman)
• Played in four singles matches in the fall and had a 1-3 record
• Had a 4-1 doubles record in the fall with Matt Mendez
• Finished the year with an 11-1 doubles record overall
• Won four-straight matches with doubles partner Matt Mendez to advance to the semifinals of the ITA Midwest Regional Championship
• Lost just three games in three doubles victories over Dayton, Butler and Xavier
• Claimed his first Big Ten doubles win with a 6-1 victory over Michael Dube and Colin Harvey of Michigan State

• Ranked No. 22 in the 2015 class by Tennis RPI
• A five-star recruit according to TennisRecruiting.net
• Four-time singles and doubles state champion at Huntington
• Never lost a high school match, going 155-0 in singles and doubles combined, which is a state record in any sport
• Four-time Mountain State Player of the Year
• Was the 2015 Midwest Closed Doubles Champion, teaming with fellow Buckeye recruit Martin Joyce
• Won five Ohio Valley Tennis Association district titles and was runner-up four times
• Was a semifinalist at the 2014 USTA National Championships in doubles
• Won six regional titles
• Won the USTA Midwest L2 Boys’ Singles title.
Personal
• Son of Devin and Karen Tubert
• Sister Mackenzie was also a West Virginia high school doubles champion
• Grandfather Bob Tubert was a two-time NAIA National Champion in basketball at Southwest Missouri State and later went on to be a Grammy nominated music writer and producer
• Father Devin Tubert played college basketball at Volunteer State.
