2014-2015 (Junior Season): Competed in St. John’s Invitational, NYU Invitational, Northwestern Duals, and OSU Invitational … finished 19th at the Garret Penn State Open … claimed fifth place at Midwest Regionals.
2013-14 (Sophomore Season): Earned a fourth place finish at the Midwest Fencing Conference Championships…totaled 30 wins for the season, with a season-high of 12 at the Northwestern Duals.
2012-2013 (Freshman Season): Did not face varsity competition … won 17 of 19 bouts at the OSU Duals.
Prior to Ohio State: Ranked fifth for Under-20 in U.S. standings … placed Top-32 in three World Cups (24th Goteborg Sweden, 28th Helsinki Finland, 20th Goteborg) … men’s epee team of ‘Hooked on Fencing’ placed second and third at National Championships.
Personal: Son of Brent and Irene … three siblings, Allison, Natalie, and Michelle … also played soccer in high school … enjoys playing guitar … majoring in public affairs … plans to start his own business after graduation.
