Come dance and cheer in the ‘Shoe at the Ohio State Spring Game with the Spirit Program! The Ohio State Spirit Squad is excited to offer the first Youth Clinic and Spirit Game Performance for participants in Grades 1-6! Participants will attend a clinic, gain exposure to the Cheer & Dance Teams, learn Buckeye traditions, and be able to showcase what they have learned in a pregame performance in Ohio Stadium. Participants will receive their very own t-shirt, as well as 2 included tickets for the Spring Game upon registration!
Registration closes on April 7th or once capacity is reached. Detailed check-in, parking, and performance information to come!
Performance will occur rain or shine unless the Spring Game is cancelled due to inclement weather.
Date: Saturday, April 15th
Grades: 1st-6th grade for the 2022-2023 Academic Year
Location: French Field House
Camp Staff: Campers will be coached by current Ohio State Spirit Squad members and coaches
Check-in at French Field House: 8:00am
Clinic Instruction: 8:45am-10:00am
Pick Up Participants at French Field House: 10:00am
Pregame Performance: ~11:00am (Guardians to pick up Participants in the Stadium before Game Time)
The fee for the Ohio State Cheer & Dance – Youth Clinic and Spirit Game Performance is $80 per camper. This fee will include a t-shirt, instruction, and 2 tickets to the Ohio State Spring Game. The camp is open to any and all participants interested in performing on the field in Grades 1-6. There is a maximum number of campers permitted, so register early! Full payment is required at the time of registration. You may register online by visiting OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. A 3% processing fee will be added to all online registrations. ?There will be no walk-ups permitted for this camp, all participants must register in advance.
All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper.
This is a day camp only and no meals or overnight accommodations will be provided. Campers are responsible for providing their own overnight accommodations if needed. Hotel information can be provided upon request.
The Parent Consent, Waiver & Release Form AND the Concussion Information Form are REQUIRED for all participants. These forms must be completed during online registrations. Campers will not be permitted to participate without these forms.
Once your registration is approved, you will be emailed with a confirmation of payment notice. One week prior to camp, you will also be sent an email with important camp details. This information will also be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents.

A refund less a $30 administration fee will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. The administration fee and the 3% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and received by phone or email. All refund requests must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. Refund requests must be submitted on the Refund Request Form available at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps. This form is found on the homepage all the way at the bottom in red letters “Request a Refund”. Campers who are injured while at camp but remain at camp will not be eligible for any refund.
