Pro Bucks Set to Make PLL Playoff Push

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- Ohio State men's lacrosse alumni are represented on five of the six teams in the PLL Playoffs that are set to begin Saturday in Minneapolis, Minn.

On top of having at least one Pro Buck on five of the six teams in the playoffs, Ohio State had players on the Utah Archers and the Philadelphia Waterdogs who have a bye to the semifinal round after claiming the Western and Eastern conference titles, respectively.

Chasing More Titles
Ohio State lacrosse alums have won three of the last four PLL titles with Utah's Tre Leclaire and Denver's Ryan Terefenko looking for more hardware this season.

Terefenko helped lead the Waterdogs to 2022 title and then the following two years Leclaire helped the Archers captured back-to-back titles in 2023 and 2024. Leclaire is looking to enter rare company as no player has won three PLL titles since the formation of the league in 2019.

Cullen Brown (California), Blake Eiland (Maryland), Marcus Hudgins (Philadelphia) and Ben Randall (Denver) are all chasing their first PLL titles.
