
Ohio State Wins Duet Category at UIW Invitational

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State artistic swimming team competed in its first road meet of the season this weekend at the UIW Invitational in San Antonio, Texas. The Buckeyes totaled 74 points for third overall against host Incarnate Word, Stanford and Texas Woman's University.
Highlighting the weekend's competition for the Buckeyes was the team's duet finish on Friday. The duo of Keana Hunter and Ruby Remati took first place with a score of 248.2950. Ohio State added fifth and sixth place finishes in the category from Gabriella and Daniella Molano Arango and Scarlett Finn and Emma Spott, respectively.
The team also competed solo on Friday. Finn finished second followed by Remati in third.
In Saturday's competition, Ohio State's trio of Hunter, Ayla Barry and Kennah Burdette led the team with a third-place finish in the category.
The Buckeyes are back home next Saturday, Feb. 2 to host the Jessica Beck Memorial meet at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion. The team will also celebrate its 2026 seniors prior to the meet. Routines are set to begin at 2 p.m.
