Jaloni Cambridge Earns Spot on Big Ten Weekly Honor Roll

This is Cambridge’s third time making honor roll this season after she scored 33 points in the win against Penn State.
NEWARK, N.J. – The Big Ten Conference announced its weekly women's basketball awards on Monday. Sophomore guard Jaloni Cambridge earned a spot on the Big Ten weekly honor roll for the third time this season after guiding the Buckeyes to a win against Penn State last week.
Cambridge totaled 33 points, six assists, five rebounds, a steal and a block in the victory against the Nittany Lions. She shot 13-of-20 (.650) from the floor and 4-of-9 (.444) from beyond the arc as her four triples was a season-best and just one shy of her career-high. With 33 points, Cambridge became the first Buckeye since Kelsey Mitchell nine seasons ago to score 25 or more points in three consecutive games.
Prior to today's game in the Coretta Scott King Classic, Cambridge scored in double figures in 18 games, ranked 10th in the country in scoring (21.8 ppg) and is tied for fifth in field goals made (154).
