COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State will battle four Big Ten opponents at the Covelli Center in 2026 with four scheduled for the road, the league announced Monday.
Indiana (1/11/26), Wisconsin (1/30/26), Michigan (2/1/26) and Iowa (2/6/26) will face the Buckeyes in Columbus.Â
Ohio State travels to Minnesota (1/23/26), Nebraska (1/25/26), Penn State (2/13/26) and Maryland (2/15/26) to round out the eight-match conference season.
Match times, dates and television designations will be determined at a later date.
The Buckeyes finished fifth(t) at the 2025 NCAA Championships with two Ohio State individuals earning All-America status last year. Senior Jesse Mendez is back in 2025-26 to defend consecutive NCAA titles at 141 pounds.Â
The Buckeyes finished with a dual record of 13-3 a year ago. Ohio State returns starters at eight weights in the nine that qualified for the 2024 NCAA Championships.Â
Back are Brendan McCrone (125), Nic Bouzakis (133), 2024/2025 NCAA Champion/All-American Jesse Mendez (141), Brandon Cannon (157), Paddy Gallagher (165), 2022 All-American Carson Kharchla (174), Ryder Rogotzke (184), Seth Shumate (197) and 2024 All-American Nick Feldman (HWT).Â
This will be the 20th season under Tom Ryan as head coach of the Buckeyes.
