Several Buckeyes Set for US U23 Nationals in Geneva, Ohio

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Several members of the Ohio State wrestling program will be competing this week at the U23 Nationals in Geneva, Ohio. The event will be held at the Spire Academy.

The event features competition for U23 athletes in Men's Freestyle and Greco-Roman and U20 athletes in Men's Freestyle.

In addition to this competition, incoming freshman Karson Brown will be competing at 65kg at the U20 Canadian World Team Trials this weekend. His brother, Kade Brown, a transfer joining the Buckeyes next season as well, is wrestling at the Senior Canadian World Team trials at 70kg.

The Canadian Wrestling Championships and Team Trials are scheduled to take place at the Centre Pierre Charbonneau in Montreal, Quebec, from May 28-30, 2026. The event will be streamed at flowrestling.org.
