The Buckeyes put together a balanced attack but fell to the Hurricanes on Saturday evening in Coral Gables.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women's volleyball team (0-2) fell in three sets (18-25, 16-25, 21-25) to RV Miami (FL) (1-1) on Saturday. The match wrapped up the Canes Classic, a tournament hosted by Miami (FL).
The first set was tight early before the Hurricanes used a 5-0 run to take control of the set and win by a 25-18 margin. Miami (FL) scored the first four points of the second set and led tape-to-tape to earn a 25-16 set win. The third set was the tightest with nine ties, but Miami (FL) completed the match with a 25-21 set win.
