COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 22 Ohio State women's gymnastics team won the first session of the 2025 Big Ten Championship meet with an overall score of 196.250. The Buckeyes outscored Rutgers (196.225), Nebraska (196.175) and Washington (196.125).  Â

The Buckeyes started the meet on beam, earning a season best score of 49.175. In her final Big Ten Championship meet, Jojo Warga led the team with a season-high 9.875 on the apparatus. Rylee Guevara scored a career-high 9.850 in her first conference championship meet routine.

In the second rotation, the team scored a 49.250 and was led by scored of 9.900 by Guevara and Vetter. The duo tied for first overall in the session.

Kaitly Grimes led team and the session with a 9.850 on vault. The team finished with an overall score of 48.950.

Closing out the meet on uneven bars, Vetter tied for second overall with her second 9.900 of the day.

Vetter took second in the all-around with a final score of 39.350.
