COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State's 10 NCAA wrestling qualifiers learned their seeds and first-round opponents Wednesday in advance of the 2025 NCAA Wrestling Championships March 20-22 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia..

The Buckeyes qualified wrestlers in 9-of-10 weight classes last weekend at the 2025 Big Ten Wrestling Championships at Welsh-Ryan Arena on the Northwestern campus in Evanson, Illinois. Click HERE for the recap.

Ryder Rogotzke (184) was then added to Ohio State's NCAA lineup when the NCAA announced at-large selections Tuesday.

Tom Ryan, head coach of the Buckeyes, has sent nine or more wrestlers to the national tournament nine times during his 19-year Ohio State career (2007-present). The Buckeyes are one of four teams nationally in 2025 to send 10 wrestlers to the NCAA Tournament.

Ohio State has had 149 NCAA Qualifiers under Ryan. The Buckeyes have earned 73 All-America honors and have finished in the Top 5 nine times. Fifteen teams have finished among the Top 10.

The 2015 team won the NCAA title and five teams have placed second.

Ohio State took fourth in the 2023 NCAA Championships and were eighth in 2024.
