
Klinge Collects Second Straight Big Ten Freshman of the Week Honor

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State swimmer Matt Klinge has been named the Big Ten Freshman of the Week for the second week in a row.
Klinge helped the No. 14 Buckeyes to a dominant 181-114 victory against Pitt last weekend.
Klinge earned two individual wins, taking first in the 50 free with an NCAA B standard time of 19.53 and first in the 100 fly with a time of 45.81, which is also an NCAA B cut,
Klinge was also on the winning 200 medley relay team that finished in 1:24.33.
The Buckeyes are back in action when they host the Ohio State Winter Invitational to close out the regular season Feb. 14-16.
