- Ten current members of the football team, including five starters – DE Caden Curry, CB Davison Igbinosun, DE Kenyatta Jackson, DT Tywone Malone and LB Sonny Styles – along with specialists K Jayden Fielding and LS John Ferlmann.
- Molly Pritchard, who was an All-American this fall as she helped lead the women's soccer team to just its third Elite 8 appearance. The 2025 Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Year finished her career with 32 career shutouts, the most in program history.
- Bruce Thornton, a senior on the men's basketball team who is the first four-time captain in program history. He is also climbing the career scoring list and could become the program's all-time leading scorer before the end of the season.
- Ronnie Dawson, who earned his degree through the athletics department's degree completion program, helped the Buckeyes to a Big Ten Championship title and an NCAA Tournament appearance in 2016. He was a Freshman All-American and was a First Team All-Big Ten selection and the Big Ten Tournament Most Outstanding Player in 2016. Following his junior season, Dawson was a second round pick by the Houston Astros in the 2016 MLB Draft and he made his MLB Debut April 14, 2021. Â
- Audrey DeSantis and Akemi Von Scherr who were both part of the women's cross country team that earned an automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Championships. Von Scherr was an All-Great Lakes Region honoree in 2024.
- Zach Antoniou, Ben Mayer and Jack McKenna, who were members of the 2025 Big Ten regular season and tournament champion men's lacrosse team.
