COLUMBUS, Ohio – Six members of the Ohio State women’s soccer team have been recognized by the Big Ten Conference for their performances during the 2025 season, as announced by the league office on Tuesday.
Senior captain Molly Pritchard headlines the group as the Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Year and an All-Big Ten First Team selection. She is joined on the first team by fellow senior captain Mirann Gacioch.
Juniors Amanda Schlueter and Ava Bramblett earned second team honors, while freshmen Micayla Decker and Callie Tumilty were named to the Big Ten All-Freshman Team.
Pritchard becomes just the second Buckeye in program history to earn Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Year, joining Devon Kerr (2018). This marks the first All-Big Ten honor for Gacioch and the second career all-conference selections for both Schlueter and Bramblett.
Player Highlights
Molly Pritchard | Goalkeeper of the Year & All-Big Ten First Team
Pritchard anchored the Buckeye defense throughout the season, recording one of the top save percentages in the conference and leading the Big Ten in clean sheets. A two-time Big Ten Goalkeeper of the Week honoree this fall, she has been a consistent leader and difference-maker in the net. Pritchard was part of nine shutouts on the year and is now the program’s all-time leader in career shutouts with 30.
Mirann Gacioch | All-Big Ten First Team
Earning her first career All-Big Ten honor, Gacioch was a dominant presence on the backline, driving play and contributing on both sides of the ball. Her composure was key to Ohio State’s success as she was the only player on the team to play all 90 minutes in every match this season. She had an assist in the win over Maryland and now has five in her career.
Amanda Schlueter | All-Big Ten Second Team
A playmaker with outstanding vision, Schlueter led the Buckeyes and ranked among the Big Ten leaders with eight goals and four assists this season. This is her second career All-Big Ten honor after earning first team recognition in 2024. Schlueter’s distribution and set-piece precision made her one of the most dangerous playmakers in the conference.
Ava Bramblett | All-Big Ten Second Team
A steady force in the midfield, Bramblett was a difference maker for the Buckeyes both offensively and defensively. She had three goals on the season, including two in the win at Illinois. This is her second career All-Big Ten selection.
Micayla Decker | Big Ten All-Freshman Team
Decker made an immediate impact in her first collegiate season, stepping into key minutes and starting every match this season. Her athleticism, composure, and two-way play quickly earned her recognition across the conference.
Callie Tumilty | Big Ten All-Freshman Team
Also honored on the All-Freshman Team, Tumilty’s debut season showed flashes of her ability to be a dangerous offensive player. She saw action in every match, making 15 starts, and registered a pair of assists. She also recorded the third-most shot attempts on the team.
Sophia Louder | Big Ten Sportsmanship Honoree
Senior Sophia Louder is the program’s Big Ten Sportsmanship honoree for the 2025 season. She played in 15 matches, making one start against Nebraska on Sept. 21. The two-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree will graduate next month with a degree in Biology.
