The Buckeyes fell to the No. 11 Badgers on Sunday afternoon inside the Covelli Center.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women's volleyball team (3-17, 0-12 B1G) fell in straight sets (14-25, 12-25, 14-25) to No. 11 Wisconsin (16-4, 9-3 B1G) on Sunday afternoon to wrap up alumni weekend.
Wisconsin started quickly and earned a 25-14 set win in the first set. The Badgers earned a 25-12 win in the second set. Wisconsin ended the match with a 25-14 set win in the third.

- S1: Wisconsin scored the first three points of the match and got off to a quick start to build a 15-5 lead on the back of a 7-0 run. Ohio State strung together three unanswered points, including back-to-back kills from Reese Wuebker. The Badgers answered with a 5-0 run on their way to earning a 25-14 set win.
- S2: The Badgers scored first but the Buckeyes responded with back-to-back points to take their first lead. Wisconsin went on a 9-1 run to take a 12-4 lead amidst an Ohio State timeout. The Buckeyes capped a 4-1 run with an ace from Mia Stahler. The Badgers scored seven of the final eight points of the set to win by a 25-12 margin.
- S3: Wisconsin scored first but Ohio State scored the next three points. The Badgers used a pair of 3-0 runs to take a 9-6 lead. Wisconsin used a 6-0 run to extend its lead to 17-8. The Badgers wrapped up the match with a 25-14 win in the third set.
- This is the Buckeyes' seventh match of the season against a ranked opponent and the fifth at home.
- Today's attendance was 3,307 – the third home match of the season with more than 3,300 fans in attendance.
- Mia Tuman moved up to 11th among all-time assists leaders in Ohio State program history with 16 assists today. She now has 2,627 career assists, surpassing Marlene O'Brien's 2,621 career assists from the mid 1980's.
- Olivia Hasbrook led the Buckeye defense with 12 digs, her 11th match of the season with at least 10 digs.
- Hannah Jones led the Buckeye offense with seven kills, while seven different Buckeyes recorded a kill in the match.
- Ohio State is on the road next weekend, facing Maryland on Saturday and Rutgers on Sunday. Both matches are scheduled for 1 p.m. and will be broadcast live on B1G+.
