COLUMBUS, Ohio – The RV Ohio State women's volleyball team (2-0) continues its non-conference slate with a trio of matches in Gainesville, Fla., hosted by No. 10 Florida.

The Buckeyes face Southern Indiana on Friday at 4 p.m. and South Florida on Saturday at 6 p.m. before playing the host team in No. 10 Florida on Sunday at 4 p.m. The match with the Gators will be broadcast live on ESPN2.

Ohio State earned a pair of wins at the Dayton Flyer Invitational last weekend, sweeping FIU (25-22, 25-21, 25-14) and beating UNI in four sets (25-20, 22-25, 26-24, 29-27).
Eloise Brandewie and Rylee Rader were named to the All-Tournament Team. Brandewie recorded her 100th career block as she totaled a career-high 12 kills and tied her career-high seven blocks vs. UNI. Rader hit .513 on the weekend, including a .619 clip (14K, 1E, 21A) against UNI.
Mia Tuman averaged 12.29 assists/set, recorded her 1,000th career assist and set a career-high for assists in a sweep (38).
Southern Indiana earned a 2-1 record at a tournament at Bradley to open the season. The Eagles posted wins against St. Thomas (19-25, 25-23, 25-20, 25-23) and Bradley (25-23, 25-22, 25-17) but fell to DePaul in five sets (23-25, 25-21, 15-25, 25-22, 10-15).
The Eagles were picked to finish sixth in the Ohio Valley Conference this season.
This will be the first meeting between Ohio State and Southern Indiana.
South Florida began the season 0-3 at the FSU Invitational after facing No. 20 Florida State (22-25, 14-25, 15-25), No. 25 Georgia (15-25, 20-25, 21-25) and UC Santa Barbara (19-25, 21-25, 26-24, 21-25).
USF was selected third in the AAC Preseason Poll with Maria Clara Andrade and Caroline Dykes being named to the Preseason All-Conference Team.
Ohio State leads 2-0 in the all-time series with USF with both previous matchups at neutral sites.
Most recently, the Buckeyes won in straight sets (25-15, 25-21, 25-22) in the Kentucky Classic on Sept. 3, 2010.
No. 10 Florida enters the weekend with a perfect 3-0 record after a tournament at Northern Colorado. The Gators beat Colorado State (25-21, 25-21, 24-26, 25-11), Northern Colorado (19-25, 25-18, 25-23, 25-23) and Michigan State (26-24, 25-18, 25-17). Taylor Parks was named SEC Freshman of the Week.
The Gators were selected to finish second in the SEC Preseason Poll with Alexis Stucky and Kennedy Martin being named to the Preseason All-Conference Team.
Ohio State trails 1-3 in the all-time series with Florida and is 0-2 when playing in Gainesville.
Three of the four meetings in the series have been in the NCAA Tournament with the last one taking place during the 2020 season that was played in the spring of 2021. Ohio State fell in four sets (20-25, 24-26, 25-23, 16-25) on in the regional semifinal.
The Buckeyes' win in the series came on Sept. 4, 1998 in the Hawaiian Airlines Wahine Volleyball Classic in Hawaii. OSU won in five sets (9-15, 11-15, 15-4, 15-5, 20-18).
