- Head Coach Jen Flynn Oldenburg
- "I think it's big in any match, especially one at home, our first one at home. There could be nerves with the excitement behind it. I'm not as worried about the first set – it's important, clearly, and it's nice to go ahead but we've had a little bit of a curse on the second set so I wanted to make sure that we were engaged. The team was great in the details. Without the coaches even in the huddle, they were talking about the right things and were going to go set the tone in the second set. That second set really set the tone for the rest of the match."
- Graduate opposite Emily Londot
- I think our focus was the same as every other match. We're always going to go out there and focus on us and play our game. Having the team around me, giving me reminders, the bench really helped me out today with letting me know what was happening on the other side of the court to see what I can't see. That defensive mindset – the digs that Olivia Hasbrook and Sydney Taylor were getting made me want to go get [those kills] even more."
- Graduate middle Rylee Rader
- "That was a huge win for us. We really needed that. The work we put in this week during practice – that was our best week of practice so far so we were super prepared for this game."
