COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State track & field team travels to the Gamecock Invitational on Saturday, hosted by South Carolina. Field events are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. with the women's hammer throw and men's javelin, while track events commence at noon with the women's 4x100m relay.

The Buckeyes split the team last weekend with some competing at the Raleigh Relays and others at the Texas Relays.
Daniella Santos and Andrea Kuhn both ran faster than their previous 10,000m program record at the Raleigh Relays. Santos (33:28.94) and Kuhn (33:29.49) ran times 17 seconds faster than any other woman in program history.
Faith Bender won the women's discus at the Raleigh Relays with a best throw of 53.90m / 176'10".
The Buckeye women's 4x100m relay squad led the Ohio State performances at the Texas relays by finishing with a season-best time of 43.79 in the finals. Fatouma Conde, Nya Bussey, Sydney Bryant and Leah Bertrand made up the relay squad.
