COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 15 Ohio State women's gymnastics team continues its Big Ten Conference schedule this Friday against Penn State. The Buckeyes (4-2, 2-1 B1G) host the Nittany Lions (5-2, 1-2 B1G) at 6:30 p.m. in the Covelli Center.

Buckeyes in a Nutshell
- The Buckeyes competed in two meets last week, winning both. Ohio State scored a 197.100 against Illinois and a 196.625 against Maryland to improve to 4-2 on the year and 2-1 against Big Ten Conference teams.
- Sophomore Payton Harris and graduate Ella Hodges were awarded Big Ten weekly awards after their performances last week. Harris picked up a share of the Gymnast of the Week honor for the third time this season and Hodges is the co-Specialist of the Week for her second award of the year.
- Ohio State ranks 15th in this week's Road to Nationals standings with an average score of 196.935. The team's highest ranked event is floor. The Buckeyes are eighth nationally on the apparatus with an average score of 49.440.
- Leading the way for the Buckeyes on floor is Hodges, who ranks fourth in the country. She has scored at least a 9.925 in every meet this season and has recorded three career high tying 9.950s.
- Four Buckeyes are tied for the lead on vault headed into the sixth meet of the year. Kaitlyn Grimes, Nicole Riccardi, Tory Vetter and Harris have scored a season-best 9.900 on vault this year. The score is a career high for Grimes, Riccardi and Vetter.
- On uneven bars, Harris, Sidney Washington and Emma Prichard lead the team with a 9.900. The score was Pritchard's first collegiate 9.900 scored in her career and ties Harris and Washington's career highs.
- Freshman Courtney McCann's 9.975 continues to lead the team on beam and Hodges' three 9.950s are the team best on floor.
