Kameron Nelson competed in five different events at the Winter Cup in Louisville, Ky. this weekend.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Senior all-arounder and captain Kameron Nelson competed in the 2024 Winter Cup this weekend, which took place in Louisville, Ky.
Friday's Results
- Nelson was in the top-10 in both rings (ninth) and floor (10th) by earning 13.550 on each.
- He also competed on vault (13.900), parallel bars (11.700) and high bar (10.850).
Sunday's Results
- Nelson improved upon four of his event scores in the second and final day of competition.
- He finished sixth among 27 competitors on floor, scoring an even 14.000 to bring his two-day total to 27.550.
- Nelson finished seventh on rings after earning a 13.750 to bring his total to 27.300.
- He improved his parallel bars score to 13.350, his high bar score to 12.300 and earned a 13.100 on vault.
