COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State track & field team competes at the Arkansas Qualifier on Friday as its final tune up before next weekend's Big Ten indoor championships. The Arkansas Qualifier begins on Friday with the women's high jump at 1:30 p.m. ET.

Last weekend, the Buckeyes split squad to compete at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invite and the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
At Boston, three Buckeye men broke into the program's all-time top-five in the 5000m – a top-five that hadn't changed since 2006.
Giovanni Copploe was the runner-up in the 5000m open (14:05.95, fourth in program history) and Nathaniel Tamminga finished eighth in the 5000m open (14:11.47, fifth in program history at the time) before Sean Carney's 14:09.27 put him as the fifth individual on the program's all-time 5000m list.
Daniel Edwards cleared a personal-best 5.00m / 16'4.75" in the pole vault at Clemson to earn his first career victory.
