COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women's golf team is through 36 holes at the Blessings Collegiate in Fayetteville, Ark.
Faith Choi and Kary Hollenbaugh lead Ohio State; they are tied for 18th place, each with a score of 151 (+7) through two rounds. Choi carded a 75 (+3) in round two and moved 11 spots up the leaderboard. Hollenbaugh shot 77 (+5) on Tuesday. Choi birdied three holes and Hollenbaugh recorded two birdies.
Marina Joyce-Moreno jumped 18 spots up the leaderboard, finishing the day tied for 23rd place with a two-round score of 152 (+8). She shaved six strokes off her first round score to card a 73 (+1) in round two and shot three birdies.
Nellie Ong is tied for 43rd with a score of 160 (+16). She shot 81 (+9) on Tuesday.
Mandy Song is tied for 52nd place. She has a two-round score of 165 (+21) after shooting 85 (+13) in round two.
The Buckeyes shot a team score of 306 (+18) in the second round and have a two-round total of 614 (+38). They are in ninth place.
