COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 18/15 Ohio State women's basketball team (14-3, 5-1 B1G) hosts No. 2/2 Iowa (18-1, 7-0 B1G) on Sunday at noon ET. The game will be broadcast on NBC and 97.1 FM.
Fans are asked to wear their best scarlet to the game on Sunday. Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. (90 minutes prior to tip) and fans are encouraged to arrive early due to the anticipated large crowd. Seating in the 100 and 200 levels is reserved but seating in the 300 level is general admission, meaning fans can sit in any available upper level seats, with the exception of ADA seats, upon their arrival. Verified resale tickets are available at ticketmaster.com and via the Ohio State Buckeyes app or Ticketmaster app.
Sunday's game is pride day as the Buckeyes partner with Buckeye Inclusion. There will also be exclusive meal options. Activities for all ages will be available on the concourse when doors open until tip-off, including face painting, sign making and more. There will be a halftime dog show and a student giveaway. Limited spots remain for Sunday's free youth post-game clinic. The clinic is open to all girls in 3rd through 8th grade and boys in 3rd through 6th grade. To register, please complete this waiver. - Ohio State holds a 14-3 record this season and is 5-1 in conference play after a 84-76 road victory at -/RV Maryland on Wednesday, the Terps' first home loss of the season and the Buckeyes first win in College Park since 2016.
- All 10 OSU players who saw playing time scored and all five starters reached double figures. The Buckeyes had the 42-39 edge on the boards.
- Rebeka Mikulášiková led the game with a season-high 20 points, while Taylor Thierry (17), Cotie McMahon (14), Celeste Taylor (11) and Jacy Sheldon (10) were also in double figures.
- No. 2/2 Iowa enters the game with an 18-1 overall record this season and a perfect 7-0 Big Ten record, the conference's last undefeated team in conference play.
- The Hawkeyes' conference wins include Wisconsin (twice), Minnesota, Michigan State, Rutgers, Purdue and then No. 14 Indiana. Their only loss of the season was against Kansas State on Nov. 16 as they enter Sunday's game on a 15-game win streak.
- Caitlin Clark leads the country with 31.0 points per game and is also averaging a team-high 7.2 rebounds and 7.7 assists per game. Hannah Stuelke (13.2 ppg) and Kate Martin (12.3 ppg) are also averaging double figures for the Hawkeyes.
- Ohio State leads the all-time series with Iowa 38-36, though the Hawkeyes won the last two meetings. The Buckeyes have the 23-10 advantage in the series when facing Iowa in Columbus.
- Iowa won both meetings last season - an 83-72 decision in Columbus on Jan. 23 and a 105-72 win in the Big Ten Tournament final in Minneapolis on March 5.
