Women's Golf Earns Third-Place Finish in East Lansing

Final Results
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women's golf team placed third at the Mary Fossum Invitational, which wrapped up on Monday. The Buckeyes shot an overall team score of 879 (+15) over 54 holes.
Kary Hollenbaugh was the top individual finisher for the Buckeyes; she tied for fourth place. She carded a 73 (+1) in the final round to turn in a 54-hole score of 216 (E).
Caley McGinty moved nine spots up the leaderboard to tie for ninth place. She fired a 71 (-1), her second under-par round of the tournament, on Monday to finish with a total score 218 (+2).
Jillian Bourdage shot 74 (+2) in the final round and finished the tournament with a 54-hole score of 221 (+5). She tied for 19th place.
Emily Hummer finished tied for 37th place, turning in a total score of 226 (+10). She carded an 80 (+8) in the third round.
Faith Choi carded an 80 (+8) in round three for a total score of 228 (+12) to tie for 43rd place.
Kavya Ajjarapu, who competed as an individual, shot 76 (+4) in the final round for a 54-hole score of 227 (+11). She tied for 40th place.
The Buckeyes close out their fall season at the Illini Women's Invitational at Medinah, hosted by Illinois, Oct. 9-10.
