Another Win, Another Golfer of the Week Title for Moldovan

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State sophomore Maxwell Moldovan picked up his third victory of the spring and has been named Big Ten Golfer of the Week for the third time.
Moldovan carded rounds of 68-69-68 to win the Robert Kepler Intercollegiate at Columbus Country Club this past weekend. He made a total of 15 birdies and one eagle in the event and finished with a two-shot victory at 11-under par. He trailed by two shots entering the final round and went on to fire a bogey-free 68 to claim the title
This was his third victory this spring as he also won the NEXUS Collegiate and the Southern Invitational. He now has 14 rounds in the 60s this season and is currently on a streak of 13 consecutive rounds at par or better.
Moldovan and the Buckeyes are in Indiana this week for the Big Ten Championship at the French Lick Resort.
