
Buckeyes Win Fourth in a Row, Beat Iowa 6-1

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State won its fourth consecutive match, defeating visiting Iowa on Sunday 6-1 inside the Ty Tucker Tennis Center.
The win improves the Buckeyes to 13-2 on the season while Iowa falls to 4-9.
John McNally and Robert Cash won again, this time at No. 1 doubles, and the team of Cannon Kingsley and JJ Tracy rolled 6-1 on court three to clinch the doubles point.
In singles, the Buckeyes won five of the six matches. McNally and Kingsley continued to play well, winning on courts one and two. James Trotter beat Joe Tyler 6-2, 6-2 on court three while Tracy and Cash each won on courts five and six while surrendering just a combined five games.
Ohio State will have just one match next weekend, hosting travel partner Penn State on Saturday afternoon at Noon. The Buckeyes have won 22 consecutive matches against the Nittany Lions dating back to 2000.
