- It’s Senior Day on the Ohio State campus Sunday vs. the Wildcats. Alyssa Baumbick, Meghan Kammerdeiner, Olivia Petit and Maggie Samanich will be celebrated in pregame ceremonies.
- Freshman Peyton McNamara scored in the 10th minute and sophomore Emma Sears added an insurance goal in the 79th to give the Buckeyes a 2-0 win over Indiana last Thursday. Senior keeper Bailey Kolinski recorded her first career shutout.
- After falling behind 1-0, the Buckeyes scored twice in less than two minutes to win 2-1 at Illinois. Kayla Fischer and Izzy Rodriguez scored in the win for the Buckeyes.
- Kayla Fischer netted a pair of goals in Ohio State’s 2-all tie with Penn State with two assists from Marissa Birzon and one from freshman Peyton McNamara. Fischer’s goal at Purdue helped the Buckeyes to a double overtime tie with the Boilers as well (1-1).
