On Saturday, April 13, the 11 seniors from the Ohio State women’s lacrosse team were honored at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium prior to the 1 p.m. matchup against Johns Hopkins.
The class has made a significant impact to the program on the field, in the classroom and in the community over the past four years. Part of 30 program wins, the 11 seniors account for 325 points, 317 ground balls, 175 draw controls and 158 caused turnovers. Equally successful as students, the group claimed 29 OSU Scholar-Athlete honors, 21 Academic All-Big Ten honors and two Big Ten Distinguished Scholar accolades. The group averages over 200 community service hours per year, furthering the Ohio State mission to pay it forward.
