
Ohio State Fencing Heads to Illinois for the Northwestern Duals

COLUMBUS, Ohio. – Ohio State is headed to Evanston, Ill. this weekend to compete in the Northwestern Duals. The duals will take place Feb. 2-3 at Ryan Fieldhouse and Wilson Field. Fencing is set to start at 8 a.m. on both days of competition.
In the last outing before the Midwestern Duals, the Buckeyes will compete against eleven other schools including Penn, Princeton, Caltech, Lawrence, UCSD, UNC, Air Force, Incarnate Word, Duke, Temple and Stanford.
LAST TIME AT THE NORTHWESTERN DUALS
Last year at the Northwestern Duals, the Buckeyes earned a 17-1 record. The team faced seven top-ten opponents, finishing 6-1 against those ranked teams. The men’s squad went undefeated and the women went 7-1.
