Student-Athletes to Receive Degrees Sunday

COLUMBUS, Ohio – At Ohio State Autumn Commencement Sunday, more than 40 current and former Ohio State student-athletes will receive degrees. The ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. in the Jerome Schottenstein Center, with a video stream available HERE.
Among the student-athletes graduates are national and conference champions, All-Americans and academic standouts.
The graduates include:
- Zack Bazile, the 2018 NCAA long jump champion, a four-time First Team All-American and three-time Big Ten champion who was part of indoor and outdoor B1G team titles in 2018
- Alyssa Hoying, a synchronized swimming All-American, duet national champion and member of three national championship teams
- Parris Campbell and Johnnie Dixon, members of the 2014 football national championship team and three Big Ten championship teams
- Devon Kerr, the 2018 Big Ten Women’s Soccer Goalkeeper of the Year who was part of the first outright Big Ten championship in program history
- Ben Randall, the first Buckeye in men’s lacrosse history to earn back-to-back USILA First Team All-America accolades and part of the 2017 NCAA runner-up squad
- Kelsey Nolan, a field hockey First Team All-B1G honoree who earned Big Ten Distinguished Scholar honors and maintained a 4.0 grade-point average
- Nikki Walts, the 2017 B1G Women’s Soccer Midfielder of the Year and an All-American on the program’s first outright Big Ten championship team
