Quoting head coach Steve Rohlik
“You can’t win a hockey game when you only play 20 minutes. We will regoup and look for a better effort tomorrow. We have to continue to try and get better.”
Quoting senior captain Nick Schilkey
“It was a tough game for us. They took it to us the first period but we have to look at the end of the game and realize how we can really play. That just has to be more consistent in our game and the challenge now is to come back tomorrow with the same jump we ended the game with tonight.”
Laczynski, Schilkey, Fidler & Joshua all scored in game 1 at UM, with Schilkey and Jobst each posting two assists. https://t.co/3jDndldKAC
