MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The Ohio State women’s gymnastics team posted a 194.775 to finish fifth in an NCAA Regional Saturday afternoon at Sports Pavilion in Minneapolis, Minn.
The Buckeyes opened the meet with a 48.700 on uneven bars. Kaitlyn Hofland paced the Buckeyes with a 9.800.
Ohio State then moved to balance beam, tallying a 48.200. Taylor Harrison notched a team-best 9.725.
The Buckeyes then posted a 48.875 on floor exercise as Alexis Mattern, Stefanie Merkle and Jamie Stone each earned a 9.800.
Ohio State concluded the meet with a 49.000 on vault. Hofland and Merkle each paced the Buckeyes with a 9.825.
