COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s basketball team hosted its annual media day Tuesday afternoon. Head coach Thad Matta and upperclassmen met with members of the media to share their outlook on the 2015-16 season.
HEAD COACH Thad Matta
Thad Matta is entering his 12th season as head coach of the Scarlet and Gray. With Matta at the helm, the Buckeyes have never failed to reach the 20-win plateau, a record streak (11 seasons) in Ohio State history. Ohio State finished 27-11, 11-7 in Big Ten play, in 2014-15, advancing to their seventh-consecutive NCAA tournament.

– David Bell, begins his playing career after spending the 2014-15 season as a redshirt.
– The Buckeyes welcome five true freshmen to the roster this season. A.J.
