COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s basketball team will play the winner of the Sunday Cincinnati/Florida State game at the TD Garden in Boston Thursday, March 22 in the East Regional Semifinal of the 2012 NCAA Tournament.
For the East Regional games, a limited number of all-session tickets will be made available via a lottery through the Ohio State Athletics Ticket Office. All-session tickets include two games Thursday, March 22 and one game Saturday, March 24.
The ticket lottery will begin at 10 a.m. Monday for men’s basketball seat license holders and suite holders, as well as Ohio State students, faculty and staff who purchased regular-season men’s basketball tickets. Seat license holders and suite holders will be eligible to enter the lottery for up to four all-session tickets. Each faculty/staff season ticket holder will be eligible to enter the lottery for two all-session tickets. Students will be eligible to enter for one all-session ticket, or two if married. All lottery entries must be submitted by 10 p.m. Monday to be considered.
Lottery entries will be accepted online only at www.ohiostatebuckeyes.com (Click on TICKETS). Seat license holders, suite holders, and faculty, staff and students eligible to enter will receive detailed instructions Saturday night via e-mail to the address on record in their ticket account. These instructions will include ticket prices, online entry instructions, and ticket pick-up information. Because of the limited time frame, all tickets will be held for will-call pickup in Boston. Tickets must be picked up by the original ticket holder, who will be required to show a valid photo ID to claim the tickets.
Those with questions may contact the Ohio State Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-GO-BUCKS. Because of the limited number of tickets received from the NCAA, no tickets will be available for sale to the general public or other season ticket holder groups.
