Paul Keels Named 2011 NSSA Ohio Sportscaster of the Year – Ohio State Buckeyes

Paul Keels, “Voice of the Buckeyes” on The Ohio State Radio Network and 97.1 FM The Fan since 1998, was named the 2011 NSSA Ohio Sportscaster of the Year over the weekend. The honor was the second time he has been recognized by the National Sportscasters and Sportswirters Association. Keels has been the play-by-play announcer for both Ohio State football and men’s basketball the last 13 seasons.
Hal McCoy from the Dayton Daily News was named the 2011 NSSA Ohio Sportswriter of the Year.
