2010 Ohio State Athletics Hall of Fame: Stacey Gordon
A four-time All-American, Gordon was the 2004 AVCA Co-National Player of the year and 2004 ASICS/Volleyball Player of the Year. She holds Ohio State career records for kills, kills per game, digs, points and points per game.- MORE –

2010 Ohio State Athletics Hall of Fame: Ángel Aja two-time AVCA and Volleyball Magazine All-American, Aja holds the Ohio State career records for assists (6,797) and assists per game (18.52). A four-time All-MIVA selection and the player of the year as a senior, Aja was the MIVA tournament’s MVP in 2000 when he led the squad to the conference title. – MORE –
Buckeyes Climb to No. 6 in National Coaches Poll, Host Northwestern Friday COLUMBUS, Ohio – After capturing two victories against Top 10 ACC opponents on the road, the Ohio State field hockey team moved up four spots to sixth in the 2010 Kookaburra/NFHCA Division I National Coaches Poll released Tuesday. The Buckeyes finished the two-week road trip against five nationally-ranked opponents with an impressive 4-1 record.- MORE –

Buckeyes Help Ice Crew in Value City Arena Members of the Ohio State men’s hockey team assisted the Value City Arena ice-making crew Monday as the ice is built for the 2010-11 campaign. A group of Buckeyes assisted in putting down a layer of water, while nearly the whole team returned following a weight-lifting session to help with painting the blue and red lines, along with the goal creases (which were painted by goalies Cal Heeter and Jeff Michael). – MORE –
