Spring Practice Notes Version 7 – April 14
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State football players will not practice today – Wednesday, April 14 – and will return to the practice field Thursday afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Following that practice, assembled media will have an opportunity to interview members of the defensive secondary, including Chimdi Chekwa, Jermale Hines and Devon Torrence, plus coaches Paul Haynes and Taver Johnson. – MORE –

Linebackers Grab the Spotlight Friday COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State football team wrapped up its sixth practice of the spring Friday afternoon on another brisk and windy day in Columbus. Sporting helmets, shoulder pads and shorts once again, the Buckeyes spent the first half of practice outdoors before moving inside to negate some of the elements. – MORE –
Spring Practice Notes Version 6 – April 13 COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State passed the midpoint of its 2010 spring drills with another full pads practice Tuesday on the only outdoor practice field available behind the Woody Hayes Athletic Center. Three of the four available practice fields are in various stages of a $5.2 million renovation that will be completed in stages (June and early August). – MORE –

Jeff Tundo Nabs Third ECAC Rookie of the Week Accolade COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State attackman Jeff Tundo has picked up back-to-back ECAC Lacrosse League Rookie of the Week honors after a career-high five assists and points vs. Hobart last week. Tundo is a three-time honoree this season, first winning the award March 15. – MORE –
