No. 7/9 Ohio State Wins Outright Big Ten Title

MINNEAPOLIS – Tayler Hill knows plenty about expectations, which is why she’s assimilated so well as a freshman for Ohio State (No. 9 ESPN/USA Today, No. 7 AP) . In front of a throng of family and friends in the state where she is the all-time leading high school scorer, Hill scored 13 points as the Buckeyes topped Minnesota 64-59 on Sunday, capturing the outright Big Ten title for Ohio State. – MORE –

Editor’s Note: Today marks the one-year anniversary of Continental Flight 3407 outside of Buffalo, a tragedy that killed 50 people, including Lorin Maurer, the girlfriend of Ohio State men’s basketball video coordinator Kevin Kuwik.
