Lavender Named Big Ten Co-Player of the Week

Duo of Lavender, Prahalis Lead No. 6 Buckeyes over No. 11 Oklahoma
COLUMBUS, Ohio — With the game on the line in the closing minutes, Jantel Lavender and Ohio State were at their best at both ends of the floor. Lavender scored 32 points, Samantha Prahalis had 15 points and a career-high 15 assists and the sixth-ranked Buckeyes beat No. 11 Oklahoma 95-84 on Sunday in the Big Ten/Big 12 Challenge. – MORE –

Autumn quarter commencement at the Schottenstein Center and a home men’s basketball game at St. John Arena will bring more than 30,000 people to campus on Sunday (12/12). Both events have a 2 p.m. start time, which means that highways, campus streets and parking facilities will be unusually congested and travelers should plan to arrive early. – MORE –
