ATH: Ohio State Athletics Hall of Fame Class of 2009 Announced
COLUMBUS, Ohio Twelve members will be inducted into the Ohio State Athletics Hall of Fame the weekend of Sept. 25-26, the Men’s Varsity O Alumni Association and the Women’s Varsity O Alumnae Society announced Tuesday. The class will be officially inducted in two separate ceremonies Sept. 25 and introduced to the public at halftime of the Ohio State home football game against Illinois Sept. 26. – MORE –

MGLF: Summer Update -Hoag, Wright Finish 1-2 at Monroe Invitational; Snyder Competes in U.S. Open COLUMBUS, Ohio Members of the Ohio State men’s golf team have opened their summer slate with strong performances. Recent Buckeye grad Vaughn Snyder competed in the 2009 U.S. Open Championship at Bethpage, while junior-to-be Bo Hoag won the Monroe Invitational with teammate Brad Wright in second by a stroke. – MORE –
