Big Ten Network’s programming schedule is all scarlet and gray today
Today, the Big Ten Network will devote its entire programming schedule to The Ohio State University and its department of athletics.
This summer, the Big Ten Network is celebrating Big Ten schools by turning over entire days of programming to each institution.
Some highlights from Buckeye Day on BTN include:
- 2 p.m. – “Big Ten’s Greatest Games” Men’s Basketball: Indiana at Ohio State Feb. 17, 1991 … relive the 2-OT thriller as Jim Jackson and Calbert Cheaney go head-to-head in St. John Arena.
- 4:30 p.m. – “Big Ten Legends” with college football’s only 2-time Heisman winner Archie Griffin
- 5 p.m. – “Big Ten’s Greatest Games” Football: Ohio State vs. Miami in 2003 Fiesta Bowl National Championship … watch Craig Krenzel and the Buckeyes finish off a 14-0 season and claim one of the biggest upsets in history.
- 8 p.m. – “Big Ten’s Greatest Games” Men’s Basketball: LSU at Ohio State Dec. 31, 2005 … Matt Sylvester strikes again with a game-winning 3-pointer in the waning seconds to start a New Year’s Eve party in Columbus.
