BASE: Hale is 1st-Team All-American and MLB Draft Pick

COLUMBUS, Ohio Ohio State baseball has two first-team All-Americans in one season for the first time. Today the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association released its All-American teams and senior closer Jake Hale was selected as one of its first-team relief pitchers. Alex Wimmers, who previously was selected a first-team All-American by Louisville Slugger (Collegiate Baseball) and PING! Baseball, was named third-team All-American by the NCBWA. – MORE –
