Highlighted by the Scarlet team’s season-high tying 97.333 for gold, the Ohio State synchronized swimming team won its 25th U.S. Collegiate National championship Saturday at the Josh Davis Natatorium in San Antonio, Texas. – MORE –

SB: Sam Marder Homers Twice in Doubleheader Sweep of Ball State Sam Marder belted a pair of homeruns, one in each game, as the No. 17 Ohio State softball team swept Ball State Wednesday, 9-1 and 4-0, in a doubleheader at New Buckeye Field. With the wins, the Buckeyes improve to 26-6, while the Cardinals drop to 13-16. – MORE –

MLAX: Ohio State Celebrates Senior Day with 8-2 GWLL Victory Over Quinnipiac The Ohio State men’s lacrosse team celebrated senior day with an 8-2 victory over Quinnipiac in its Great Western Lacrosse League debut Saturday at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium in Columbus. Mario Ventiquattro led the way for the Buckeyes with four points on a goal and three assists while Justin Hayes and Joel Dalgarno netted a goal and assist each. – MORE –
