Buckeyes knocked off Florida State Wednesday to seal the deal for the Big Ten’s first Challenge win over the ACC
Behind Evan Turner’s sixth double-double (25 pts./14 reb.) in seven games this season, Ohio State ran past Florida State Wednesday at Value City Arena, 77-64. The Buckeye victory helped the Big Ten secure its first win over the ACC in the annual Challenge between the two leagues. The Big Ten finished with six wins against the ACC’s five.
Ohio State students showed up en force to help support the Buckeyes to their second triumph in the last two years in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge. In 2008, Ohio State traveled south and returned to Columbus with a win over Miami.
Ohio State welcomes Eastern Michigan for a noon tip Saturday in Value City Arena. Tickets are available.
