No. 6 Ohio State Hosts Western Illinois in Tuesday Matinee

The Buckeyes are 2-0 all-time against Western Illinois, having last played Nov. 27, 2005, a 75-36 win in Columbus. The first meeting took place back on March 9, 1974, a 70-46 Buckeye win in the consolation game of the MAIAW tournament in Terre Haute, Ind. – MORE –

No. 8 Buckeyes shake off slow start, down Alabama A&M, 78-54
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Samantha Prahalis and Jantel Lavender each recorded double-doubles to help No. 8 Ohio State recover from a slow start to beat Alabama A&M 78-54 Saturday night. Prahalis had 16 points and 12 assists while Lavender finished with 23 points and 11 rebounds for the Buckeyes who improved to 12-1 on the season with one more non-conference game before conference play resumes. – MORE –
