Seats Available for the 2008 Hall of Fame Dinner and Induction Ceremonies – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio Seats are still available for the 2008 Varsity O Hall of Fame dinner and induction ceremonies as they honor the distinguished athletic careers of 12 Buckeye athletes and coaches.
The 2008 inductees on the men’s side include Fred Keller of the soccer and lacrosse teams, baseball player Johnny Edwards, football player Jeff Uhlenhake, baseball coach Bob Todd, football player Bobby Hoying and gymnast Drew Durbin.
For the women, the 2008 inductees include rower Maxi Meissner, Megan Mirick of the lacrosse team, golfer Amy Langhals, Isabela and Carolina Moraes of the synchronized swimming team and Krista Keir of track and field.
The class will be introduced to the public at halftime of the Ohio State home football game against Ohio University on Sept. 6.
The men’s induction ceremony will be held Sept. 5 at The Holiday Inn on The Lane, 328 W. Lane Avenue (Columbus). The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. and the dinner and ceremony will get underway at 6:30 p.m. Valet parking is available for the event and tickets cost $75 per person or $600 for a table of eight.
The women’s ceremony and dinner event will be held Sept. 5 at The Blackwell Inn, 2110 Tuttle Park Ave (Columbus). The reception begins at 5:30 p.m. and the dinner and ceremony commence at 6:30 p.m. Valet parking is available for the event and tickets cost $45 per person or $360 for a table of eight.
