Women’s Soccer: Buckeyes and Canadian U-17 Team Tie – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio The Ohio State women’s soccer team and the U-17 Canadian National Team played to a scoreless tie in Morgantown, W.Va. Sunday, April 13. The Buckeyes played without Ashley Bowyer, who was competing at the U.S. Under-20 National Team camp in Carson, Calif.
The Buckeyes are now 3-1-1 through five games of their exhibition season. The team has wins over Dayton (2-0), Cincinnati (2-0) and Tennessee (3-0), and a 1-0 loss to North Carolina in addition to the tie with the U-17 team.
West Virginia comes to Columbus for the Buckeyes’ final home exhibition game: Sunday, April 20 at 1 p.m. in a match that will be played on the practice fields just west of Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. Coach Lori Walker and the team will then conclude spring drills with a 1 p.m. game April 26 against Ohio in Athens.
