Ohio State Places 44 Student-Athletes on Winter Academic All-Big Ten Teams – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Forty-four Ohio State student-athletes have been named to the winter Academic All-Big Ten team, the conference announced Wednesday. The Buckeyes are tied for fourth in the conference in total honorees.
The women’s swimming and diving team led the way for Ohio State with 12 honorees, followed by the men’s swimming and diving squad with 10 selections.
Two Buckeye student-athletes carry perfect 4.0 grade-point averages – women’s swimming sophomore Annie Rennebohm and senior women’s gymnast Emily Sineway.
To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, athletes must be letterwinners in at least their second academic year at their institution and carry a career grade-point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better.
