Pairings will be announced Sunday, March 14, 2004 at 6:30 p.m.,Eastern Time.
Game times will be announced the Monday before competition.
No promise of location is made or implied to any applicant.
Tickets will be distributed by January 31, 2004.
Tickets may not be refunded or exchanged.
The only person who will be permitted to initiate an investigationof tickets is the person whose name appears on the originalapplication. All inquiries should be made in writing and mustinclude a photocopy of the original application.
Every person, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter thefacility.
Unless specifically authorized by the NCAA, tickets may not beoffered in a commercial promotion or as a prize in a sweepstakes orcontest.
Tickets may not be sold above face value.
