COLUMBUS, Ohio– The Ohio State men’s tennis team (11-2, 3-0 Big Ten) moved up to No. 12 in the Omni Hotels Collegiate Tennis Rankings. This latest ranking is the Buckeyes’ highest ranking in the history of the men’s tennis program. Last week, OSU reached No. 15.

Phil Metz (Jr., Mentor, Ohio/Mentor) moved up to No. 20 in the individual Omni Hotels Collegiate Tennis Rankings. Metz (11-7 overall, 2-1 Big Ten) was previously ranked No. 21.
Other Buckeyes ranked nationally are No. 29 Jeremy Wurtzman (So., Rochester, N.Y./Brickhouse Academy Fla.) and No. 100 Adrian Bohane (So., West Palm Beach, Fla./Palm Beach Lakes). Wurtzman is 22-11 overall and 2-1 in the Big Ten. Bohane is 20-10, 2-1.
